  Muthuvallur Grama Panchayat is situated in the Kondotty Block of Kondotty Taluk in Malappuram district. The Grama Panchayat was formed on 2 October 2005. The Panchayat covers an area of 26.09 square kilometres. It is bordered by Cheekode Grama Panchayat to the north; Kuzhimanna Grama Panchayat and Areekode Grama Panchayat to the east; Kondotty Municipality and Kuzhimanna Panchayat to the south; and Pulikkal Grama Panchayat and Kondotty Municipality to the west.Muthuvallur is a Panchayat with a literacy rate of 90%.
